Cancellation Policy

At Blō, every appointment is reserved with intention to provide a seamless and elevated experience for each guest.
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cards are securely stored and will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies.
•Cancellations & Rescheduling•
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee charged to the card on file, as this time was exclusively reserved for you. No-shows will be charged accordingly before future appointments may be booked.
•Service Policy & Refinements•
All services are non-refundable. If an adjustment is needed, one complimentary refinement may be scheduled within 3 days of your appointment. Refinements are intended to adjust the original service and do not include changes to the agreed-upon service plan.
