Brittney Michele is the Founder + Owner of Blō Hair Lounge and a Master Stylist with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. Her journey in the beauty industry began as a salon receptionist while still in high school, followed by graduating from The Salon Professional Academy and completing an apprenticeship that built the foundation of her artistry and ultimately led to the creation of Blō Hair Lounge. Brittney specializes in blonding, microlights, corrective color, lived-in color, Moroccan Scalp Reset Rituals, Brazilian Blowout services, and Great Lengths Cold Fusion Extensions. With a passion for creating healthy, customized hair, she continues to refine her craft through advanced education and techniques while providing an efficient, elevated, and guest-focused experience behind the chair. Outside the salon, Brittney is a proud mom of three whose life revolves around raising her children, cheering them on at sporting events, and balancing the busy schedule of school, tutoring, and family adventures. She comes from a family with deep roots in Ocala’s thoroughbred horse industry, giving her a strong appreciation for community, hard work, and lasting relationships. Brianna Omalley
As an Original Blō Artist and member of Blō Hair Lounge’s original startup team, Bri has been part of the Blō journey since the very beginning. A Master Stylist behind the chair since 2021, Bri specializes in Blonding, Lived-In Color, Balayage, and Microlights, creating soft, dimensional color that grows out beautifully while enhancing each guest’s natural beauty. She also has a keen eye for curly hair, with an understanding of how to work with and enhance each guest’s natural texture. Her services also include Moroccan Scalp Reset Rituals and Brazilian Blowouts. Committed to continued education, Bri has completed advanced haircutting classes, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, customized results with confidence and precision. Outside the salon, Bri is a proud wife and mama, the two roles she cherishes most. She enjoys spending time with animals, sipping coffee, getting lost in a good book, and hunting for the perfect thrift or shopping find. Bri loves helping women feel beautiful, confident, and cared for, and she looks forward to welcoming every guest into her chair and creating a look they’ll love.
Hannah Gilbert
As an Original Blō Artist and member of Blō Hair Lounge’s original startup team, Hannah has been part of the Blō journey since the very beginning. A licensed cosmetologist since 2022, Hannah has dedicated her career to expanding her knowledge through advanced education, certifications, and hands-on training. She specializes in JZ Hair Extensions, lived-in color, customized brunettes, Moroccan Scalp Reset Rituals, and Brazilian Blowout services. Hannah has also completed advanced cutting technique training and continues to invest in both online and in-person education to stay current with the latest trends and techniques. She is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful hair while providing every guest with a personalized, relaxing experience behind the chair. Outside of the salon, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two puppies, Gizmo and Harley, taking on health and wellness challenges, reading, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. She also loves spending time out on the water with her closest friends and family. Coming from a family of local small business owners, Hannah has a deep appreciation for hard work, community, and supporting other local businesses. Whether she’s behind the chair or enjoying time with loved ones, Hannah strives to make every guest feel welcomed, confident, and genuinely cared for.
Autumn Blair
As an Original Blō Artist and member of Blō Hair Lounge’s original startup team, Autumn has been part of the Blō journey since the very beginning. A licensed cosmetologist since 2019, Autumn is a Blonding Specialist with a passion for creating customized blondes and dimensional color. From being a salon baby raised by a Blonding Specialist to becoming a Blonding Specialist herself, the beauty industry has always been a part of Autumn’s story. Her expertise also includes Grey Coverage, Brazilian Blowout services, Moroccan Scalp Reset Rituals, and hair extensions, including K-Tip and Tape-In Extensions. She is passionate about continuing her education through advanced online and in-person training, mentorships, and specialized color and extension classes to provide her guests with the latest techniques while keeping their hair healthy and beautiful. Autumn’s goal is to create customized, confidence-boosting hair that fits each guest’s lifestyle. Outside the salon, Autumn is a proud mom to her son and dog mom to her Yorkie. She loves spending time with her family, soaking up the Florida sunshine, grabbing a good coffee, and helping people feel their absolute best. Kai Snyder
Kai is a passionate hairstylist currently completing an apprenticeship at Blō Hair Lounge, where he is continuing to strengthen his skills through hands-on experience, advanced education, and mentorship. With a passion for blonding, dimensional brunettes, and transformative color services, Kai focuses on creating customized, lived-in color and seamless blends that enhance each guest’s natural beauty while maintaining hair health. He is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and Moroccan Scalp Reset Rituals and is committed to continuing his growth behind the chair. As Kai progresses through his apprenticeship and demonstrates proficiency in each area, his available service offerings will continue to expand, ensuring every service he provides meets Blō Hair Lounge’s standards before becoming available for booking. Outside of the salon, Kai is all about good energy, creativity, and enjoying life’s simple moments. He loves spending time on the water, hanging out with his dog Bingo, and finding inspiration through music, fashion, and social media. His faith and love for God play an important role in his life, guiding how he treats others and the positive, uplifting energy he brings into the salon. Whether he’s working out, creating content, or planning his next goal, Kai brings intention and passion into everything he does. He values genuine connections with his clients and strives to make every appointment feel comfortable, fun, and welcoming.
Marigrace Brumley
Marigrace has been a licensed hair artist for nearly seven years and specializes in creating customized, luxury color services designed to enhance each guest’s individual style. Whether you’re looking for effortless dimension, rich lived-in color, or a bold transformation, she combines technical expertise with a personalized approach to help you achieve healthy, beautiful hair you’ll love. As a certified extension artist and Brazilian Blowout specialist, her goal is to provide an elevated experience from the moment you sit in her chair. Outside the salon, Marigrace enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and her two fur babies—Delilah, her blue nose pittie, and Dan, her chunky orange kitty. She loves all things creative, has a slight obsession with collecting perfumes, and you’ll almost always find Billie Eilish on her playlist. She looks forward to welcoming both new and returning guests and helping each person feel confident, beautiful, and completely taken care of.
